Camp Monarch Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Camp Monarch website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activities.

• Transmit harmful, disruptive, or misleading content.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos—is the property of Camp Monarch or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Such materials are the property of their respective owners and are included solely for informational and educational purposes. Camp Monarch does not claim ownership of this third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

5. Product and Service Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in our product and service descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product or service does not match its description, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. Seed collections are provided in exchange for donations, and personal information is collected solely to fulfill these orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Schedule: Orders for seed collections are shipped via USPS First Class on Monday for orders received by the previous Friday.

• Expected Delivery: Orders are typically expected to be delivered within 14 days of shipment.

• Missing Mail Process: If your order is not delivered within 14 days of shipment, please contact us at alan@campmonarch.org. We will file a missing mail claim with USPS on your behalf.

• Reshipment Policy: If your order is still not delivered after an additional 7 days (21 days total from shipment), we will reship your order with tracking information for better visibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Camp Monarch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products/services purchased through it.

Our Site may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Camp Monarch is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Use such links at your own risk.
