1. Call to Order

   • The meeting was called to order by Alan Pautsch at 9:05 AM.

2. Roll Call

   • Absent: [None]

   • Quorum Confirmation: [A quorum was present.]

3. Approval of Meeting Agenda

   • Motion: Alan moved to approve the agenda as presented.

   • Second: Scott

4. Opening of Bank Accounts

   • This is complete.  Account is open, debit card received, and initial deposit of $1000 is available in the account.

     1. GiveButter page needs to be finalized before launch

     2. Instructions on website need to be finalized before launch

     3. Label design with QR Code to instructions need to be created before launch

6. Recruiting - Director of Outreach and Engagement

6. • Discussion: Confirm when we will be ready to post.  Review information on Volunteer Match.

7. Director Profiles

   • Action Items:

     1. Establish template for Profiles.  

8. Action Items

   • Chris will beef up Tik Tok, Instagram, and Blue Sky profiles

   • Scott will add a welcome post on socials

   • Scott will work on Leave the Leaves page, link tree, and post on socials
